Enrollment Procedures

Parents wishing to enroll their child in the Devonshire Montessori School should complete this APPLICATION form and mail it to the school.

The parents should then call the school office and arrange for an interview for the child with the Administrator. Please bring all previous school records. During the interview, the parents will be given additional enrollment forms to be completed before final acceptance can be made.
